- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration Retails Management or related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience as a Hypermarket Manager in a good Hypermarket in Oman.
- Strong Knowledge of retail operations, P&L management and people leadership
- Excellent communication, analytical and problem – solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and retail management systems.
- Experience in driving sales, improving customer experience and managing budgets
- Omani market experience is a must
- Indian nationality with valid resident ID in Oman.
