Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified and experienced ENT Specialist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and managing disorders related to the ear, nose, throat, head, and neck. The candidate should be committed to delivering high-quality patient care while maintaining professional and ethical medical standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat diseases and conditions affecting the ear, nose, throat, head, and neck.
- Conduct patient consultations, physical examinations, and diagnostic evaluations.
- Perform ENT-related surgical and non-surgical procedures.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor patient progress.
- Prescribe medications and recommend appropriate therapies.
- Interpret laboratory tests, imaging, and diagnostic reports.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records in accordance with hospital policies.
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, preventive care, and post-operative management.
- Participate in departmental meetings, quality improvement initiatives, and continuing medical education.
Qualifications
- MBBS or equivalent medical degree.
- MD/MS/DNB or equivalent specialization in ENT (Otolaryngology).
- Valid medical license or eligibility for licensing in Oman.
- Minimum 3–5 years of post-specialization clinical experience preferred.
- Strong diagnostic, surgical, and patient management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
