Role Overview:
The Divisional Manager is responsible for overseeing the performance, operations, and profitability of a specific business division. This role involves strategic planning, team leadership, financial management, and ensuring that the division meets its business objectives and aligns with overall company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the overall operations of the assigned division
- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve growth targets
- Monitor divisional performance, KPIs, and profitability
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and cost control initiatives
- Oversee sales, operations, and customer service within the division
- Lead, mentor, and develop departmental teams and managers
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations

- Coordinate with senior management and other departments
- Prepare reports and present performance updates to leadership
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (MBA preferred)
