Minimum 2–4 years GCC experience in hypermarket/supermarket delicatessen section or fresh food department.
Experience handling deli items, cold cuts, cheese, salads, sandwiches, or ready-to-eat products preferred.
Knowledge of food hygiene, sanitation, temperature control, and HACCP standards.
Good customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced hypermarket environment and flexible shifts.
Basic English communication; Arabic is an advantage.
Physically fit and able to stand for long hours and handle food products safely. GCC retail employers commonly prefer deli staff with prior hypermarket/supermarket experience.
