Role Overview:
The Commercial Executive is responsible for supporting business operations by managing sales coordination, pricing, procurement support, client communication, and contract administration. The role ensures smooth commercial processes between sales, finance, operations, and customers to maximize profitability and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and pricing documents
- Coordinate with clients for inquiries, orders, and commercial negotiations
- Assist in contract preparation, review, and documentation
- Monitor purchase orders, invoices, and payment follow-ups
- Liaise with finance, logistics, and operations teams for order execution
- Maintain accurate records of sales and commercial transactions
- Analyze pricing, margins, and market trends
- Handle customer queries related to billing and commercial terms
- Ensure compliance with company policies and commercial guidelines
- Prepare commercial reports and MIS for management review
Requirements:
