- Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in butchery/hypermarket operations in Oman.
- Previous experience as Butchery Supervisor / Butchery In-Charge / Fresh Food Supervisor in hypermarket or supermarket.
- Strong knowledge of meat cuts, purchasing, pricing, quality standards, and stock management.
- Ability to travel across Oman and visit different branch locations regularly.
- Good leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, HACCP, and temperature control procedures.
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, inventory systems, reporting).
Valid Oman driving license preferred.
