The Construction Equipment Sales & Business Development Manager is responsible for driving sales growth, market expansion, and strategic business development for the construction equipment division in Oman. The role combines direct sales leadership with commercial strategy, key account management, project acquisition, and development of long-term customer relationships across construction, infrastructure, industrial, oil & gas, mining, and government sectors.
Qualifications
- Engineering Degree / Diploma with MBA
Experience
- 8–15 years of experience in Construction equipment sales, Heavy machinery business development, Industrial or project sales, Equipment distribution
- Minimum 3–5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong Oman or GCC market exposure preferred.
- Experience with international OEM brands is highly desirable.
